Bill of Rights for Communication

In 2017 the ‘Can You Understand It?’ team of Oxleas NHS Foundation Trust held a conference in London. As a result of this conference we developed this ‘Bill of Rights’ with those lovely people from Bexley Mencap, Advocacy for All and ResearchNet. We still believe in what is written and the time is the right with Learning Disability Awareness Week!
